Tuition Paid in Full

Those students who officially request to withdraw may be granted a tuition refund according to the following schedule:

Withdrawal:

Within 30 days from the date of enrolment / payment 75%
Within 60 days from the date of enrolment / payment 50%
Within 90 days from the date of enrolment / payment 25%

Seekers International MUST be notified by the student IN WRITING by certified mail of the intention to withdraw from any course. The withdrawal date will be deemed to be the date the notification is RECEIVED BY Seekers International and this date will be used in calculating the amount of tuition fee to be refunded.

Tuition Paid on Monthly Payment Scheme.

NO REFUND will be made for tuition paid on the monthly payment scheme. All monies paid on the monthly scheme will be considered forfeited if the student withdraws.

Service Charge

A service charge of £20 [Sterling] will be added to the Student’s account for any cheques returned unpaid by the Bank

A degree or diploma will NOT be granted or issued until all outstanding student obligations – academic and financial – to Seekers International are met
