Academics: Degree Synopsis

Bachelor of Ministry        [B.Min.]                    120 Credits.

Design:

           The Bachelor of Ministry Degree course includes a strong emphasis on leadership, pastoral dynamincs and practical ministry application. This course enhances ministry skills for expanding vision and faith.

MIN 2000: Spiritual Leadership.
MIN 2005: Pastoral Ministry.
MIN 2010: Introduction to Homiletics.
MIN 2015: Discipleship.
MIN 2020: The Christian Life.
MIN 2025: Future Planning for Churches.
MIN 2030: Evangelism Plan.
MIN 2035: Pastoral Problems.
MIN 2040: Ministry to Small Groups.
MIN 2045: Advanced Pastoral Ministry.

Degree Prerequisites:

          A G.C.S.E., or G.E.D., or equivalent, and at least 90 earned, transferable, theological credits [including prior-learning experience]. Thirty [30] hours of coursework must be completed at 'Seekers International Seminary' before the degree is granted. Ten [10] three hours courses plus a Course Assignment [5,000 words] constitute the 30 hours needed. All completed course work must be either emailed or sent through a secure mailing system to the student's assigned tutor. Coursework submitted to 'Seekers' should always be accompanied by a self-addressed envelope for the marked and graded assignments to be returned.

Course of Study:

          From the list below, students may choose ten [10] textbooks for study. Each textbook constitutes three [3] hours of credit or one course/module. Course Assignment to be determined by student in consultation with Assigned Tutor. A 3.0 GPA is required on a scale of 4.0. Students may order their books through Amazon.com or their local bookshops.

Course Textbooks:

For each of the textbooks chosen [10], the following assignments must be completed.

All assignments should be double-spaced, and demonstrate that the student has read the material.

Tuition:     £1,550.00            Tuition Payment Scheme Available.

Tuition is kept to a minimum to offset the purchase of textbooks.
